- Item # and quantity
- Payment type:
- Prepay with PayPal - Shipping is FREE for prepaid orders. Normzart will send you a PayPal invoice via e-mail.
- Prepay with Check (Prepaid) – Shipping is FREE with prepaid orders.
- Net 30 – USPS shipping rates apply.
- Name, Shipping Address, Tel/Fax/E-mail, URL (if applicable)

Receiving Orders
Cards will be shipped within five business days of the date of the order.
Late Payments
Net 30 Customers – A late payment fee of 5% will be applied for:
- Check Payments: Payments postmarked after due date indicated on invoice, or
- PayPal Payments: Payments made after due date indicated in e-mail Money Request.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
Satisfaction guaranteed or your money back. If you are not satisfied with our product, return the cards, envelopes and display rack (if applicable) in reasonable condition for a full refund of your initial payment, less any cards sold, within 60 days of delivery of the merchandise. The customer pays shipping on returns.

Prices
- Single cards - Price per single card $1.00. Suggested retail is $2.00.
- Boxes - Price per box of 12 (same design) $8.00. Suggested retail is $16.00.
Minimum Orders
- Single cards - $72.00
- Boxed cards - $120.00
- Combined (Single and Boxed) - $120.00
- No minimum for Alto Clef and Bass Clef customers re-ordering single cards.
Hawaii customers are subject to .5% state tax.
Shipping
FREE shipping for prepaid orders (PayPal or check). Otherwise, U.S. Postal Service rates apply, unless other shipping services are requested.
