Red-Hot Lava Chamber Music Festival 2008 presents educational events and classical chamber music concerts in Honolulu. The Festival operates through Live Music Awareness, a non-profit organization whose mission is "to provide and promote educational, cultural and artistic experiences concerning live music and musical performances, and to provide music education and appreciation" in Hawaii's community. Thanks to our supporters, past festivals were well-received in the community, and the Festival is now in its fifth run.
Five outstanding artists from the mainland join a Honolulu Symphony musician to form the Red-Hot Lava Chamber Ensemble:
These musicians are all
highly trained and experienced as private music
instructors, chamber music coaches, and international
